Circular walk at Tal-y-Cafn
Suggested walk near Tal-y-Cafn station.
1.
Turn left out of the station, follow the lane for just under 300ft.
2.
At the end of the lane turn left and then an immediate right up Ffordd Penrhyd lane. Follow this lane for 0.1 where you will arrive at a T-Junction.
3.
At the T-Junction turn right and head down the hill for 0.2 miles. {This is where you will get some cracking views across the valley}
4.
Once back on the main road turn right and follow the road for 0.2 miles until you reach a left turn. [There is no footpath for this stretch and the road can be busy at times, there however is grass verges to walk on, always walk on the side with traffic coming towards you.]
5.
Turn left down the lane and follow for 300ft when you will arrive back at the station.
